STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
Hope Chapel Exists to Equip Everyone to be Effective Witnesses This is accomplished as we Honor God, Honor Ourselves,
Our Values We believe that every effective witness of Jesus Christ is good, competent and knowledgeable. (Romans 15:14) We believe that developing relationships of unconditional love is an ideal way to learn and to grow. (Ephesians 3:14-21) We believe that everyone has something to share. (1 Corinthians 14:26) We believe that everyone has been gifted by God to serve him in both the local church and the world. (Ephesians 2:10) We believe that we learn by doing - "Hands On, Value Driven". (Matthew 7:24-25)
Our Strategy
Weekend Services: Our weekend church celebrations provide a time of worship, teaching in a setting of community, fostering unity and a sense of purpose. MiniChurch: Midweek gatherings in various homes that are led by trained lay-leaders. The groups are purposely small (8-10 people), allowing maximum interaction, growth in understanding the Bible, prayer and the discovery and utilization of your spiritual gifts. This is also our primary training ground for potential pioneer Leaders. Team Hope: Opportunities to actively serve the Lord in ministry at our church service as well as throughout the week. Church Planting: Healthy and reproducing teams, purposed to equip others, led by pioneer pastors equipped and proven effective through serving within Hope Chapel. We believe that a new church is the greatest tool for evangelism.
